Any delivery times posted at checkout are only estimates and not guaranteed.  Orders typically ship within 2-3 Business Days however, during high volume periods, it could take up to 6 business days to ship. Any implied transit times are based on when your order ships. All shipping times are stated in Business Days (does not include holidays and weekends) and does not include Saturday delivery.


All orders will ship with the delivery method determined by the purchaser. We will send you an email when your order has been shipped along with a tracking number if an email address has been provided.


Any shipping discrepancies (overages, shortages, or damage) must be communicated within 5 days after your package is received. Any claims after 5 days will be denied or approved at our discretion.


Any promotions that require discount codes must have the discount code properly entered upon checkout in order to receive the benefits of the promotion.  Only one discount code may be entered at a time.  If a discount code is not entered properly at the time of checkout, Bear Valley Tactical can honor that discount code at our discretion. 


You are responsible for making sure the shipping address you provide is correct. We will ship your order to the address provided at the time of purchase.


We ship to any country you would like; however, import laws, customs, tariffs, and policies vary by country, and are sometimes enforced differently depending on the particular import office or customs agent who processes your shipment. We make no representations or guarantees that importing products from Bear Valley Tactical is legal in your country and it is your responsibility to ensure that it is. You, the customer, are responsible for any additional charges, taxes, fees, or duties. We will ship your order according to the method you select upon purchase, but we cannot control or guarantee delivery times, as once your order reaches your country, we have no control over how long it takes to import and satisfy your country's customs and declaration procedures.  In the case that your shipment is denied entrance into the country, our normal refund policies apply – that we will refund the full purchase price, minus shipping and handling, upon the receipt of your returned product.


We pride ourselves on our customer service and we are confident in the quality of our product. To return any product, simply email us at If your product is received damaged, we ask that you send us an email with the photo of the damaged item and reason for return. We are committed to our product and will do everything in our power to ensure your 100% satisfaction. Upon receiving the return we refund the amount of the product, minus shipping and handling. If you received free domestic shipping when you initially ordered and you return a product for reasons other than a manufacturer's defect, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Orders made from are eligible for refund for 30 days after the order was placed. Exchanges can be done within 60 days. All items must be in "Like-New" condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If you purchased your item from a 3rd party seller, and not from Bear Valley Tactical directly, you will need to pursue your refund or exchange from the seller.

Products that have been ordered with the personalization option are exempt from being returned or exchanged. All sales are final when purchasing products that have been personalized.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where no or partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to process and post to your payment account. If you have not received your refund after that amount of time, please contact us at 

We only replace items if they were received from us in a defective or damaged condition. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at for instructions

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
